Why Aren’t You Writing Enough?
My mother in law has mentioned for a few years she’d like to write an autobiography.
I doubt she’s written a word.
A lot of people want to write, but there’s always an excuse as to why they can’t or haven’t yet.
To increase your odds of putting black on white, consider these things:
Probability
The objective is to put yourself in a position where you are most likely to write.
This boils down to:
Environment
Create an environment that fosters writing. World expert in speed reading, memory improvement and optimal brain performance, Jim Kwik says the way to do anything is to create an environment conducive to it. “If you want to read more it helps to have books readily available, where you’re going to read more.” The same can be said with writing. Clean out or carve out a work area.
